Automatic Loop Control System for Smart Highway Tunnel LED Lighting Project.
The CH-H0102 loop controller is independently researched and developed by our company. It controls the power supply of lighting fixtures through a human-machine interface and monitors the closed state of the power supply loop circuit, which is widely used for the highway road lights and tunnel lighting, and the industry lighting such as led high bay light & low bay light at warehouse and factory lighting projects. The equipment adopts standard industrial bus RS485 technology, the communication distance can reach 2000 meters without repeater and range of visibility; 7 levels of repeaters can be set in the scene, and the maximum distance can be up to 7000 meters according to the calculation of 1000 meters for each level of repeater.

The system connects cloud or owner-controlled on-premises servers, CH-800 gateways, intelligent lighting cabinets, circuit controllers and SLC810/SLC910 lamp-level controllers. Hybrid OFDM PLC and LoRA communications support remote control and monitoring across complex feeders, long corridors and demanding electrical environments. Traffic and luminance sensors can support scheduled or adaptive dimming, while the platform provides asset views, alarms, energy records, operating reports and fault-location information. Adaptive CCT from 2700K to 6000K can be configured for project-specific rain, fog and snow conditions. Role-based access, traceable operation records, offline local operation and controlled recovery help owners maintain safe lighting when the central platform or communication network is unavailable. Interfaces and third-party integration are configured according to local regulations, owner requirements and project specifications.
