Smart City lighting Master Controller


Specifications:

Master Controller is widely used in the intelligent Public Lighting Projects, Roads lighting system and Tunnels lighting and the high bay Lighting such as factory and warehouse Lighting System, remote switch on / off and automatic dimming the lamps, Monitoring their working status parameter by using the latest IoT lighting technology, lower the maintenance cost and save a lot of timer on operating it.

Master Controller is compact design, easy to install, perfect for the Cabinet. Multiple extended ports, to meet the expansion of functional requirements of various occasion, and easy to link with the third party system. It has high precision three-phase voltage and current remote monitoring function. Industrial grade design to keep long years life performance.

     

Key Features as following:

Switch On: Turn on Centralize Controller’s loop control and the individual lamp controller.

Switch Off: Turn off Centralize Controller’s loop control and the individual lamp controller.

Dimming: Automatic Dimming the Group or single lamp from 0%- 100% by setting Schedule

Monitor : Power Grid, Group lamps and Single lamp’s: Voltage, Current, Power Factor detecting, also the Cabinet Door open & close, Cables Leakage, Stealing etc.

Report : Energy consumption collect and Report.

 

Wiring Demand:

It is not Water-proof, need to install in the cabinet.

1. Input Power wire: 2.5mm² or above it.

2. Signal Wire: 0.75mm² pure copper wire. Signal line terminal connection can not be exchanged. Signal lines include: 2 ways 485, one 232.

3. GPRS Communication: User can log in Operation Interface once the Centralize Controller is powered on. Move Signal antenna (3m) out of the cabinet if the signal is week inside.

 

Remarks:

1. Communication port:

485 Communication Port 1: Can link with third party control system, such as Monitor, or Rain & Fog, Constant illumination Sensor, the multiple Loop Controllers, Internet Port.

485 Communication port 2: Can link with third party control system, such as Monitor, or Rain & Fog, Constant illumination light Sensor,And the multiple Loop Controller, Internet Port.

232 Communication Port ): Can connect with local Monitor Screen, Computer for control system.


2. The three-phase voltage monitoring ports (upper terminal 3, 4, 5, 6):

Ua, Un: Centralized Controller power supply port,

Ua: A phase, Ub: B phase, Uc: C phase.

Un: Public ground

Three-phase voltage Monitor, PLC Send & receive, Equivalent to three-phase meter, measurement accuracy of S 0.2

Three-phase current monitoring ports : current monitoring


3.  Loop control port (upper terminal 1, 2)

The port is one loop control port, which can be combined with AC contactor to control the circuit.


4. Switch port (lower terminal 8, 9):

Monitoring and control the switch signal, such as the switch of the cabinet door.


5.  Public Ground Port( lower terminal 7)

Public Ground, must be firmly connected


6.  Hidden Port

There are PLC communication, Internet and GPRS ports as well as the 232 and 485 communication ports


Warning:

1. The Centralize Controller is power supply with Industrial Level narrow and Separation and variable voltage module, with 10 years life span, to avoid the shortage of the switch power supply, voltage range: 90-120V, 180-260V, 260-320V ,  380V, please choose your matching voltage

2. Ground line must be firmly connected, otherwise, it is easy to flint and weak signal communication

3. All of the installing screws need stainless steel.

4. The standard installing are Standard open slot type installation or thread fixing installation. Vibration Occasions need Thread fixing installation , to add the vibration damper, and washer

5. Proper transportation and storage:, need to storage at  -25 ~ 60℃, humidity < 85%,  Stacking height is not more than 5 layers.

6. This product has Emergency switch power function, and anti-stay design. Press Manual/Auto Run Key first, only when the indicate lamp is Green, can Press On or Off.  Press Manual/Auto-Run again after you finishing operating, keep it work at Manual/Auto-Run status.
