Intelligent Street Lighting Cabinet is the nerve center and key element of smart LED street lighting. The smart CPU (CC800), installed inside control cabinets, offers advanced grid monitoring and group control functions: detect grid power failures, cable breakages, leakages, theft detection, cabinet door opened/closed, faulty reporting and energy consumption reporting, and synchronizes street lights data to monitoring center. Even if disconnected from the internet, it can operate autonomously for weeks, deriving switching points from typical light intensity profiles stored in the astronomical calendar, and processing additional I/O and energy measuring devices.

Intelligent street lighting system controlled at segment-level comprises a cluster of up to 256 street lights that communicate to a power cabinet for automatic on/off/dimming control. The feeder pillar receives data from street lamps and transmits them to the cloud based server for dashboard display.

Individual lamp control is handled via a luminary controller which provides lamp-level functionality: remote on/off/dimming, status monitoring, electrical parameters feedback, malfunction reporting, and optional sensors (light, temperature, humidity, noise, pollution, etc.).
